WRFG 89.3 is a 24-hour radio station with a broadcasting power of 100,000 Watts. It serves as an important platform for underrepresented voices in the media, ensuring that a diverse range of community members have access.

Since its establishment in 1973, WRFG has played a vital role in Atlanta's radio landscape. As one of the first stations to feature regional musical genres like blues, bluegrass, and jazz since the 1950s, it has filled a significant gap.
